Shipping policy

We will usually ship within 1-3 business days. US shipments are delayed for 7-10 working days or more due to recent high volume. Please note that all orders are subject to method of payment verification, and if we are unable to verify your purchase in time this can delay your shipment.

Deliveries are made on business days. (From Monday to Friday)

Your tracking number and the express company name will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. 

If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at [email protected] to figure out your options for re-delivery!
