My girlfriend adored the bag I gave her. The post office has made a full effort to conceal the fact that the item was missing on its initial shipment. Thank goodness, the seller recommended the product and was able to promptly issue a refund via private carrier. I'm not sure if this was deliberate or not, but the bag arrived without any issues and in a timely manner. The bag is larger than my partner anticipated, but at least there's plenty of space for a lot of items. It looks fantastic and is absolutely lovely. Given the size of the bag and its contents, it is a little hefty to sling over one shoulder. It's still of decent quality a few weeks after I received it; the material is rather thick and appears substantial. The only small complaint is that there is a small detail you should be mindful of—one of the handle straps has a tendency to catch on the top of the bag.
